How do I connect Timeliner to AdManage?

Open Connect → Media → Timeliner in AdManage. An admin or editor enables the integration for your organization. In Timeliner, go to Settings → Developers, create a read-only API key, and paste it into your AdManage Timeliner connection settings.

Where do I find my Timeliner media?

Once your organization enables Timeliner, open Load Media and select the Timeliner tab. Browse all available media or choose a project, preview your files, and select the videos and images you want to import.

Does each team member use their own API key?

Yes. Each user connects their own Timeliner API key for the selected AdManage workspace. Keys are encrypted when stored. The organization toggle controls whether the Timeliner tab appears; it does not share credentials between users.

Can I import multiple files at their original quality?

Yes. Select multiple supported videos and images and import their original files into AdManage. You do not need to download and re-upload each file manually. Files must meet the requirements of the ad platform you launch to.

Does the integration sync edits back to Timeliner?

No. This integration browses and imports media from Timeliner into AdManage. Editing, reviews, and feedback stay in Timeliner. Import a new version when you want to use an updated creative in AdManage.

What happens if I disable or disconnect Timeliner?

Disabling Timeliner hides the Load Media tab for your organization and keeps saved connections. Disconnecting your personal connection removes your saved key from AdManage. You can revoke the API key separately in Timeliner.
